With Sonoma Serenity Home's Intimate, six resident setting, our care program is personalized for each resident's specific needs. We offer a wide range of care and services extending from basic to complex care.
Our staff assists with non-medically directed personal care such as dressing, bathing, toileting, (ADLS) and health related needs such as; transfers, medications that are normally self-administered, prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities. Families are encouraged to participate fully in their parents care needs. The Administrator and owner, Gabrielle Brown, is actively involved in day-to-day operations and has been providing senior care for over 20 years.
